10 Free Minimalist Word Processors for Greater Productivity

A totally simple text editor... no scrollbars, no menus. Sort of like the old AppleWriter without the macros. Writer which has an AMBER screen preset! Online, available from anywhere with a web connection. I can't find any (easy) way to get rid of all scrollbars and the Mac menubar; I managed to cobble together something that woulddo it, but there were serious side effects, and when it was truly full screen, the actual editable text was in a box in the upper half of the screen and there was a really cool purple glowing border around the edit text box. I'm sure someone somewhere loves that purple glow, but I find it distracting. So... all in all JDarkRoom is a better writing environment for me. Maybe there's some way to make it an applet and some good person would host it free for the world.
