Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff: Books: Jim Johnson

http://tinyurl.com/29qkyq

I have a rotator cuff problem.  I had thought it was impossible to fix,  but that is not true.

I read "The 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution"... an interesting book;  but it is not rated as highly as this one [which I admit I have NOT read this yet].

My shoulder has improved greatly & I have been only doing the "7 Minute" exercises half heartedly.  I have a hard time motivating myself.

The "7 Minute" book seems to stir up a lot of controversy,  so I look forward to reading Jim Johnson's book.

Amazon.com: "The BEST Fitness DVD's for Seniors"

Yes,  it's an Amazon list.  NOT by me.

But it looks to have lots of good stuff in it.

I'm documenting "things" at http://nocomputers.blogspot.com and other places.

DVD's are likely to be more recent video.  BUT what I do if I see something I like is ALWAYS look at the used listings which Amazon puts a link to on almost every page.

Also... You can find a lot of VHS tapes cheap if used.

The Not-Aflac Mascot is a GOAT!

Just saw this new Aflac ad...

Guy asks "Do we have Aflac" Boss says "no" guy Says "does our insurance
pay when we're off work"(or something like that).

They switch to picture of GOAT eating printouts from copier! GOAT says
"na-a-a"

The ad continues in that vein going drastically downhill.

And FUNNY. Brought tears to my eyes.
