SkyScout $400

$400 is actually pretty cheap for what it does.

SkyScout ... International Academy of Science

http://www.science.edu/TechoftheYear/Finalists/SkyScout/SkyScout.htm

a gps unit built into a hand held telescope... tells you a) what
you're looking at, or b) how to find something you're looking for.

with indicators in the field of view.

Nice, compact unit. I'm not even going to try to find the price :-(

I would consider it a sort of "Reverse GPS" unit... I'm here, then
it tells me where what I'm looking at is.

[Is that twisted grammar? Ha.]

The Zen of Basement Reorganization & Cleanup

Ok, Maybe it's Tao, or even Feng Shui.

I sit for a while in the middle of the chaos and stare at it.

Eventually I see a puzzle piece that fits. Move Z127 to A013 for
example.

The next day, move something.

Then stare some more.
