After quite a struggle I got this composed, and then published it to the
WRONG BLOG!
It was supposed to go to my health/eco/age blog:

Ok. Maybe with more hours of work it could be fixed. But for now,
it's with the Cats. Which is a kind of joyous thing anyhow.
